The audience was convinced that Vicente Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vicente Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45thth minute of the game Vicente Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frank Sachs to strike the kick off in the second half. Dagoberto Veiga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 53rd minute. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Vicente Azevedo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Azevedo in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute SE Tijolo 6 Furos were awarded a corner. Giovanni Custódio went to the cornerflag to take it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SE Tijolo 6 Furos had played much better football throughout.
