Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. 18 minutes into the match, SPARROWS's goalkeeper Vitko Hadzhiiliev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Graciano Coutinho. 19 minutes into the match, Aan 周瑜 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aan 周瑜 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aan 周瑜 in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Portugal's Viriato Moura sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitko Hadzhiiliev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The tension between the Portugal and the SPARROWS players grew even worse after the yellow card. SPARROWS made a substitution. Conny Gudmundsson replaced Aan 周瑜. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Graciano Coutinho got a free kick in the 31st minute. Omar Tadzio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Vitko Hadzhiiliev made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Conny Gudmundsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 50th minute of play forced SPARROWS's goalkeeper Vitko Hadzhiiliev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lionel Haaland scored 0-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SPARROWS were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Portugal's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rayko Tzolovski took the corner. The corner led SPARROWS's Karl-Michael Tinglöv to fire away a dangerous shot which Wilson Amorim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Portugal booed when SPARROWS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitko Hadzhiiliev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vitko Hadzhiiliev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Lionel Haaland had several of the Portugal's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 86 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-3 score and a disappointed Wilson Amorim as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Conny Gudmundsson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the SPARROWS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conny Gudmundsson couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel Haaland. Portugal's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Lionel Haaland scored to the left of an out of position Wilson Amorim, making the score, 3-4. The SPARROWS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SPARROWS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
