Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viriato Moura got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustin Luix in the 6th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 7 minutes of play, Lugano 1 y 2's Severiano Ugutz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lugano 1 y 2's goalkeeper Felipe Odol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Felipe Barreto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Viriato Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 18th minute of the match, Caetano Moreira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Felipe Odol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Portugal's Felipe Barreto got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Lugano 1 y 2's Felipe Odol got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Ugutz came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Viriato Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Odol. Lugano 1 y 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viriato Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 36 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felipe Odol made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Odol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 41st minute of the match. Felipe Odol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 43rd minute of play. After having played for 46 minutes, Felipe Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Barreto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Agustin Luix made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Lugano 1 y 2 defense, Viriato Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Felipe Odol. The Lugano 1 y 2 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Felipe Odol should have stopped the shot. Felipe Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Marco Puch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Ugutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. If Agustin Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustin Luix. Lugano 1 y 2's Agustin Luix got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute of the match Daniel Pimentel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felipe Odol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Agustin Luix blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. Bruno Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Agustin Luix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Agustin Luix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Severiano Ugutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Graciano Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Odol having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Lugano 1 y 2's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolomeu Dias came free, but Felipe Odol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lugano 1 y 2's Severiano Ugutz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Portugal succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Lugano 1 y 2 had controlled the match.
