Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roch Felenak started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Deodato Magliozzi hit a great ball. Italy's Siricio Liotta quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Diogo Queirós, made in the 9th minute of the game. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roch Felenak in the 11th minute of play. Roch Felenak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 13th minute Roch Felenak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's Zaccheo Andolina got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When La Pointe Courte's Roch Felenak in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italy's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jolan Galindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siricio Liotta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jolan Galindo having to interfere. La Pointe Courte's Jolan Galindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sostene Vitulli in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Impens came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 46 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Sostene Vitulli. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Zaccheo Andolina made the kick off in the second half. Zaccheo Andolina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jolan Galindo having to interfere. Diogo Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jolan Galindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cidro Flores hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Italy's Porziano Marchitelli got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the match, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jolan Galindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Prestin, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. La Pointe Courte's Pawel Harendarski was substituted for Josué Pagueguy. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yves Leite. After 72 played minutes La Pointe Courte got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Queirós. In the 82ndth minute of the game Yves Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Jolan Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jolan Galindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. 94 minutes into the match, Italy's Adriano Curto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jolan Galindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Black during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Italy fully deserved thier win.
