Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Braga got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute, Cauã Vasconcelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 13th minute by Daniel Braga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Ramone in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Tomas Ramone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Daniel Braga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Daniel Braga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Malte Schiele kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 28th play minutes Frank Sachs shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Wagner Vaida and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 33rd minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wagner Vaida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Braga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Braga came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Germany's Frank Sachs in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ribeiro Sales FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ribeiro Sales FC's Isen Gard got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Ramone kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-1 in the 43 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Tomas Ramone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Ribeiro Sales FC's Tomas Ramone nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ribeiro Sales FC's Wagner Vaida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Ribeiro Sales FC from getting a goal against them. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Mergenthaler charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chris Mergenthaler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ribeiro Sales FC made a substitution. Ladislav Míchal replaced Tomas Ramone. The referee gave Ribeiro Sales FC a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Michel Gattuso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. 4-1. In the 64th minute, Michel Gattuso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Ribeiro Sales FC's Murilo Bueno nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After 70 minutes of play, Ribeiro Sales FC's Ladislav Míchal made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! 74 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Braga came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislav Míchal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Ribeiro Sales FC's Wagner Vaida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 85th minute of play. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wagner Vaida read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wagner Vaida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
