A wasted opportunity for Börna Bulldogs. Gong Qi Fan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Gong Qi Fan scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. In the 15th match minute, Börna Bulldogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 肖真坚 to maneuver through the defense. Gong Qi Fan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Willy Stieler, made in the 24th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The wind increased when Gong Qi Fan made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Börna Bulldogs getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Basilio Nafarroa hit a great ball. Germany's attentive Willy Stieler managed to snatch the ball when Basilio Nafarroa made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. One of Germany:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Börna Bulldogs:s goal. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. A sloppy throw-in by Willy Stieler in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa. In the 86th minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Qi Fan came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Willy Stieler in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Börna Bulldogs's Basilio Nafarroa. Andreas Andersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Börna Bulldogs were the better team. Börna Bulldogs's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
