The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes in the game, Nimród Tálas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Aybars Cihannur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Máté Kőváry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antal Valentin might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aybars Cihannur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antal Valentin ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Nimród Tálas tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Tivadar Kereki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vérsárkány SE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vérsárkány SE's Tivadar Kereki got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute, Máté Kőváry reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fodor Daniel. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 35th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Cihannur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Vérsárkány SE's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aybars Cihannur came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máté Kőváry in the 41st minute of play. In the 41st minute, Máté Kőváry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vérsárkány SE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Vérsárkány SE's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hegedus Henrik. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from László Salgó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Aybars Cihannur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Aybars Cihannur in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Valentin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Aybars Cihannur when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Aybars Cihannur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 79th minute of play. Aybars Cihannur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Katona Janos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aybars Cihannur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Máté Kőváry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Máté Kőváry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vérsárkány SE's Tivadar Kereki got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Tivadar Kereki off the ground. A collision led to Vérsárkány SE getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Tivadar Kereki hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Vérsárkány SE were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
