Dagoberto Veiga came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. But to his dismay, Antal Valentin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dagoberto Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the game, Vicente Azevedo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 22nd minute Giovanni Custódio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Dagoberto Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save SE Tijolo 6 Furos from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Dagoberto Veiga managed to reach the ball for a save. After 29 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dagoberto Veiga was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Hungary's Dagoberto Veiga threw himself towards the right post 32 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Takacs Tibor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Antal Valentin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dagoberto Veiga having to make a save. SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Dagoberto Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save SE Tijolo 6 Furos from getting a goal against them. Dagoberto Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Azevedo to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Antal Valentin. The audience was convinced that Vicente Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Azevedo in the 53rd minute of play. Dagoberto Veiga came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Antal Valentin. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovanni Custódio got free with Fodor Daniel in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Azevedo in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovanni Custódio in the 86th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Vicente Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Giovanni Custódio put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. When Katona Janos fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hungary's protests and gave Katona Janos a yellow card for diving instead. Dagoberto Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 97th minute of the match.
