Lautaro Martines kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Cristian Lucchetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Lautaro Martines capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lautaro Martines really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Lautaro Martines sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Silvino got free with Tommy Kahn in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Silvino in the 25th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Martines struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Central. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central's İlyas Özkılıc. But to his dismay, İlyas Özkılıc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Lautaro Martines came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tommy Kahn could save by the left post. Igor Silvino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tommy Kahn came out and tried to block the shot, but Igor Silvino slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Frank Sachs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. İlyas Özkılıc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Lucchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 46th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Lautaro Martines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Martines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lautaro Martines to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Lautaro Martines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Martines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Martines scored 5-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Mariano Frantzes fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario Central's protests and gave Mariano Frantzes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Mariano Frantzes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Frank Sachs sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Rosario Central's Cristian Lucchetti didn't even have to move. There was no doubt that Rosario Central were the better team. Rosario Central's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
