Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sam Baclet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Erik Jilek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Robert Le Menn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tristan Pilot struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GAS MONKEY. 26 minutes into the match, Tristan Pilot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tristan Pilot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Tristan Pilot's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Vavrinec Holub skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 33rd minute, Kvetoslav Janku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 36 minutes, Alan Rezek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Rezek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gabriel Farrugia came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the GAS MONKEY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Farrugia couldn't finish the play. Denis Dostal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Denis Dostal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erik Jilek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Czech Republic's Alan Rezek ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robert Le Menn. Robert Le Menn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Tristan Pilot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Farrugia came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Farrugia in the 63rd minute of play forced Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 66 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Florent Verneuil managed to get in a good position for a shot. GAS MONKEY's supporters rose to their feet, but Florent Verneuil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tristan Pilot in the 70th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Bohumir Kohout was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Czech Republic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GAS MONKEY the free kick. The supporters of GAS MONKEY booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bohumir Kohout didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 74 minutes, Florent Verneuil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAS MONKEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florent Verneuil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Pilot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of GAS MONKEY booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Dostal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute of the match, Erik Jilek tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robert Le Menn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Denis Dostal hit a great ball. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Baclet in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Gabriel Farrugia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GAS MONKEY had played much better football throughout.
