Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sam Baclet started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Denmark's Chris Nygaard dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 11 played minutes GAS MONKEY got a freekick which was hit by Sacha Bagot. Robert Le Menn was a little too slow when Bertram Svenningsen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 20 played minutes GAS MONKEY got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Farrugia. In the 28th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam Baclet in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robert Le Menn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Denmark's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Florent Verneuil was slow to take the kick. During this time GAS MONKEY's players had a chance to rest. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chris Nygaard to make the kick off. Robert Le Menn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 62nd minute of play. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Le Menn having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Bertram Svenningsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Denmark's supporters rose to their feet, but Bertram Svenningsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robert Le Menn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 72 played minutes GAS MONKEY got a freekick which was hit by Elias Marcq. After a defensive mix-up in GAS MONKEY's zone, Chris Nygaard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Le Menn came out of the goal and Chris Nygaard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Le Menn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 77th minute of the match. Sam Baclet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Baclet in the 81st minute of the match. After 83 minutes, Sacha Bagot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GAS MONKEY and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes GAS MONKEY got a freekick which was hit by Sacha Bagot. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Baclet in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Tristan Pilot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAS MONKEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tristan Pilot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bjarne Kirkegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Robert Le Menn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charles-Henri Alavoine made in the 96th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tristan Pilot however managed to control. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Denmark fully deserved thier win.
