Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abubakar Noach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 7th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abubakar Noach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Vorwärts Lübeck's goalkeeper Abubakar Noach had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hansjörg Pothmer in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abubakar Noach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Förster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Pihlberg in the 23rd minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Abubakar Noach managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Netherlands's Wim Wilmes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Abubakar Noach in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Helge Pihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abubakar Noach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 34th minute of play forced Vorwärts Lübeck's goalkeeper Abubakar Noach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Waldo Gawletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Vorwärts Lübeck's Abubakar Noach got control of the ball when Wim Wilmes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Vorwärts Lübeck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cicero Weiß to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Pihlberg in the 42nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Helge Pihlberg in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnout Reekers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Vorwärts Lübeck's Hansjörg Pothmer. But to his dismay, Hansjörg Pothmer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abubakar Noach having to interfere.

After 51 minutes, Bas Tuitert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Netherlands and the Vorwärts Lübeck players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bas Tuitert kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Pihlberg in the 54th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Hansjörg Pothmer tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Helge Pihlberg in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnout Reekers saved Netherlands from getting behind. Rafael Förster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 73 in the game by Severino Casero from a close distance when the talented Arnout Reekers managed to make a qualified save. Netherlands's players were relieved. Abubakar Noach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Helge Pihlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Eikelkamp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abubakar Noach having to make a save. In the 86th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abubakar Noach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hansjörg Pothmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
