Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Sigfrido Auletta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Perez having to interfere. In the 9th minute Pierre Gasly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Ribas in the 14th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Sérgio Perez in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Diego Ribas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Diego Ribas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Porziano Marchitelli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sérgio Perez firmly grabbed it by the left post. 29 minutes into the game, one of Italy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Ribas was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Pierre Gasly hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sérgio Perez came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Sigfrido Auletta. But to his dismay, Sigfrido Auletta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Vettel in the 56th minute of play. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Ribas in the 64th minute. After 66 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Porziano Marchitelli. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Flavio Vittori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Italy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pierre Gasly was slow to take the kick. During this time Classe A Futebol Clube's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Classe A Futebol Clube's Sebastian Vettel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Classe A Futebol Clube's zone, Siricio Liotta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sérgio Perez came out of the goal and Siricio Liotta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute Falcão Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Classe A Futebol Clube's Diego Ribas. But to his dismay, Diego Ribas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Classe A Futebol Clube's Sérgio Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siricio Liotta in the 84th minute of play. Sérgio Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Classe A Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Siricio Liotta came free, but Sérgio Perez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 91 played minutes Classe A Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Pierre Gasly. Sérgio Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guiscardo Davide, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Ribas in the 96th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
