The audience was convinced that Per-Olof Karlsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carol Stinga was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 19thth minute of the game Pepe Argento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romania's Carol Stinga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepe Argento, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the Lost Boys Sports Academy defense, Adam Olaru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Drago. The Lost Boys Sports Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Drago should have stopped the shot. When Romania's Costica Vladimiri in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 37th minute Rasvan Cristescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Drago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Olaru went to the cornerflag to take it. After the first half Romania were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Romania made a substitution. Anton Stinga replaced Adam Olaru. Lost Boys Sports Academy's Hu Cheng was substituted for Marcelo Xabat. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per-Olof Karlsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Pepe Argento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lost Boys Sports Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pepe Argento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 59th minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Stinga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Lost Boys Sports Academy getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Tobias Stenquist hit a great ball. Romania's Octavian Vaduva was substituted for Costica Vladimiri. Tobias Stenquist kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Romania's Alex Serban got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. Octavian Vaduva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Sellberg in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Stinga in the 83rd minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Anton Stinga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romania's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Stinga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Drago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anton Stinga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 90 minutes into the match, Anton Stinga notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago. Ivan Drago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ivan Drago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rasvan Cristescu in the 94th minute of the match. Anton Stinga took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Drago. Ivan Drago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Romania's Anton Stinga in the 100th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Ivan Drago was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Lost Boys Sports Academy through an amazing save. When the final whistle sounded Romania left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lost Boys Sports Academy.
