The throw-in from Patrik Terzic in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Aesir FC FSCMZ's Edgard de Castro. 6 minutes into the game, Dinko Stankovic recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ulysses Esteves. Dinko Stankovic showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ulysses Esteves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damir Pongrac in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Toni Mauzer made a precise shot to the right of Ulysses Esteves. Aesir FC FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Ulysses Esteves came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia's Toni Mauzer. But to his dismay, Toni Mauzer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 19 minutes into the match, André Luís Loureiro notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Croatia's Ilija Skugor. Ilija Skugor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ulysses Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Mauzer, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Prado during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, Aesir FC FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Prado to maneuver through the defense. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Ulysses Esteves quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Teo Gudelj, made in the 26th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard de Castro during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgard de Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Croatia's Toni Mauzer tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Mauzer in the 31st minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ulysses Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Damir Pongrac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Gerson Viana. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Teo Gudelj got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eduard Kostelac. Ulysses Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Mauzer in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes in the game Silvije Santek did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Toni Mauzer. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toni Mauzer in the 69th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Ulysses Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Ulysses Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Mauzer in the 71st minute of play. Teo Gudelj made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eduard Kostelac immediately put the ball in play. In the 81st minute, Toni Mauzer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulysses Esteves was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 89th minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes, Silvije Santek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Croatia and the Aesir FC FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st match minute, Croatia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvije Santek to maneuver through the defense. Ilija Skugor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luiz Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aesir FC FSCMZ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Croatia.
