Rodolfo Miranda got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Caetano Moreira. 20 minutes into the match, Tolga Yeğiner notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Portugal's Viriato Moura made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tolga Yeğiner might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
