Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remigio Petrigai having to interfere. The corner led to Hungary's Balazs Lajos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. El Imperio del Cuervo's Remigio Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 40th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

53 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remigio Petrigai. Takacs Tibor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. After 55 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Katona Janos. Remigio Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 58th minute, Takacs Tibor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The supporters of El Imperio del Cuervo booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remigio Petrigai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The El Imperio del Cuervo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
