Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. Vecdi Sulasi's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vecdi Sulasi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Birvan Spor Kulübü's Vecdi Sulasi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Henry de Vries made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Birvan Spor Kulübü's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The audience was convinced that Balazs Lajos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Henry de Vries was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 21st minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry de Vries saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry de Vries made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 25th minute of play. Henry de Vries didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Yüksel Refah left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Birvan Spor Kulübü fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 40th minute, Katona Janos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonard Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boros Benedek hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Hungary's goalie Fodor Daniel was quick on his feet when Yüksel Refah aimed and made a shot towards the top left corner. The goalie picked down the ball without great difficulties. After the first half Hungary were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Yüksel Refah made the kick off in the second half. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. When Birvan Spor Kulübü's Yüksel Refah in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 62nd minute, Yüksel Refah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Birvan Spor Kulübü's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Takacs Tibor managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Henry de Vries was a little too slow when Antal Valentin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-4. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yüksel Refah in the 76th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pankracy Modrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th match minute, Birvan Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Çağrı Sanay to maneuver through the defense. Abdulbaki Osmanoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abdulbaki Osmanoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Birvan Spor Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdulbaki Osmanoğlu to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Major Barna reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henry de Vries. The goal made the score 2-5.
