Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gunnar Lidberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yves Dervaux in the 3rd minute of the match. Cesar Domingues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Mörknäs Electric Vikings were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per-Arne Åström took the corner. The corner led to Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Verner Lundgren getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Floris Claeys made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Dragan Ninković. The throw-in from Dragan Ninković in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Belgium's Floris Claeys. After a defensive mix-up in Belgium's zone, Cesar Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Casper Claes came out of the goal and Cesar Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunnar Lidberg. Gunnar Lidberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Sverker Lundqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 played minutes Mörknäs Electric Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Åke Haraldsson. Gunnar Lidberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Lidberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Gunnar Lidberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 36th minute of play. After some careless play in the Mörknäs Electric Vikings defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gunnar Lidberg. The Mörknäs Electric Vikings fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gunnar Lidberg should have stopped the shot. Belgium's Lenny Clocheret pulled a muscle in his back after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sverker Lundqvist during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Sverker Lundqvist got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Domingues was the one to do the kick off. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Lidberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per-Arne Åström who took care of the corner kick. Gunnar Lidberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Cesar Domingues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mörknäs Electric Vikings made a substitution. Peter Falck replaced Per-Arne Åström. When Jack Ekenberg came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Mörknäs Electric Vikings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jack Ekenberg couldn't finish the play. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Ekenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Gunnar Lidberg in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jack Ekenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Casper Claes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Claeys to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Lidberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 90th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Mörknäs Electric Vikings got a freekick which was hit by Dragan Ninković.
