The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mbaka Mbolu went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Beppe Ciccone kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Mbaka Mbolu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Joost Asselberghs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mbaka Mbolu in the 18th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. De Beverpatrouille were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Germany's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Beppe Ciccone took the corner. 0-3 became the score in the 21st minute when Jonatan Corderall elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ray De Lauw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Corderall in the 31st minute of the match. The De Beverpatrouille fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when De Beverpatrouille's Mbaka Mbolu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. De Beverpatrouille's Aybars Öveç was substituted for Maximino Claris. If Mbaka Mbolu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 44th match minute, De Beverpatrouille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mo Zhen Yi to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Ray De Lauw was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Dorin Corcoveanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willy Stieler hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 71st minute of play forced De Beverpatrouille's goalkeeper Ray De Lauw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Mbaka Mbolus short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 81st minute Mbaka Mbolu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 89 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 91st minute of play forced De Beverpatrouille's goalkeeper Ray De Lauw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorin Corcoveanu charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorin Corcoveanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, De Beverpatrouille's Dorin Corcoveanu got a free kick in the 94th minute.
