In the 3rd minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Jesus Satordi. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. After having played for 8 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Ed Moore got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jesus Satordi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 22 minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Katona Janos was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Michail Antonio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Butler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Elizabeth Three Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Wilson to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Elizabeth Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Daniel Dragnev hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Scholten, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cvetin Luković in the 40th minute. A nice corner shot did that Cvetin Luković got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Paul Wilson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Gerry Pullen was substituted for Michail Antonio. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Elizabeth Three Lions FC booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szekeres Tamas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Elizabeth Three Lions FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Jesus Satordi in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesus Satordi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 61st minute of play. A collision led to Elizabeth Three Lions FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Richard Scholten hit a great ball. Gerry Pullen kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerry Pullen in the 66th minute of the match. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jesus Satordi made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Jesus Satordi in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 71 minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Major Barna almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Jesus Satordi did a great save. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Dragnev's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Dragnev helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Elizabeth Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Dragnev. After a defensive mix-up in Elizabeth Three Lions FC's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Satordi came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jesus Satordi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Qian Shu Chong got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 84th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vörös Henrik to maneuver through the defense. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerry Pullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elizabeth Three Lions FC's goalkeeper Jesus Satordi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elizabeth Three Lions FC's Jesus Satordi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Elizabeth Three Lions FC from getting a goal against them. In the 98th minute Gerry Pullen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hungary played a much better game than Elizabeth Three Lions FC and deserved their victory. The Elizabeth Three Lions FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
