Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edward Vanderstraeten kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wieslaw Kolano in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. In the 5th minute, Ahmet Orhan Erel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, La Git!'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a little luck, La Git!'s Duman Temizcan got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, La Git!'s Wieslaw Kolano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guillaume Bonte made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lenny Clocheret immediately put the ball in play. In the 29th minute, Özbek İltay got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oktay Kahveci hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Kolano in the 34th minute of play. In the 37th minute Wieslaw Kolano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Kolano in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute of the game Guillaume Bonte made a throw-in which Yves Dervaux played forward. The supporters of Belgium booed when La Git! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Orhan Erel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wieslaw Kolano was the one to do the kick off. After 54 played minutes La Git! got a freekick which was hit by Oktay Kahveci. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Manta in the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Dervaux in the 68th minute of play forced La Git!'s goalkeeper Duman Temizcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Manta in the 71st minute. In the 79th match minute, Belgium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siebe Michiels to maneuver through the defense. La Git! made a substitution. Behram Vacit replaced Oktay Kahveci. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Siebe Michiels hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Wieslaw Kolano managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Git!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Wieslaw Kolano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casper Claes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 83 minutes into the match, La Git!'s goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Duman Temizcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Belgium's Casper Claes got control of the ball when Wieslaw Kolano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duman Temizcan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
