Safet Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Ribeiro in the 22nd minute of play. Safet Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Bakos Endre made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Obscurials's Emílio Palmeira. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Westerstrand came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Obscurials's Nicasio Guillen got a free kick in the 35th minute. Safet Hands made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 37th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Safet Hands was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 41st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Safet Hands saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Westerstrand came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Westerstrand in the 43rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Safet Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 45th minute of the match. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Safet Hands didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anders Westerstrand made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Ribeiro in the 57th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Adriano Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Adriano Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of The Obscurials booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a little luck, The Obscurials's Safet Hands got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80th minute, Hungary's Major Barna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Safet Hands tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Adriano Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Ribeiro in the 93rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
