Lajos Kecskés made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikkel Wulff in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bertram Svenningsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lajos Kecskés was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Underrated Team defense, Bertram Svenningsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lajos Kecskés. The crowd rose to their feet as Chris Nygaard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lajos Kecskés. That made the score 0-2 in the 66 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Dobromir Borowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keld Paulsen was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lajos Kecskés took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lajos Kecskés tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Denmark could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Underrated Team throughout the match.
