Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Panait Moșneanu got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Lode Vermeiren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dimitris Charalambopoulos. Dimitris Charalambopoulos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 9th minute, Lars Meesters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Charalambopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos made a huge save. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panait Moșneanu in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Panat's Lode Vermeiren got a free kick in the 17th minute. Dimitris Charalambopoulos made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. Dimitris Charalambopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. FC Panat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored to the left of an out of position Dimitris Charalambopoulos, making the score, 3-0. Gică Comșa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, FC Panat's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Dimitris Charalambopoulos in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Iorgu in the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Charalambopoulos having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

FC Panat made a substitution. Concetto Allemandi replaced Gică Comșa. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gijsbert ter Kruimer to make the kick off. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitris Charalambopoulos. Dimitris Charalambopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 55 minutes into the game, Lars Meesters cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Dimitris Charalambopoulos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dacian Iorgu got free with Arnout Reekers in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. FC Panat's İlhami Uçman was substituted for Panait Moșneanu. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Charalambopoulos having to interfere. FC Panat made a substitution. Cezar Bourceanu replaced Dacian Iorgu. FC Panat's Dimitris Charalambopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 71st minute of play. Dimitris Charalambopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 75th minute of play. Dimitris Charalambopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 80 minutes into the match, FC Panat's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Meesters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitris Charalambopoulos having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, FC Panat's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Dimitris Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, FC Panat's Cezar Bourceanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-1. When Gijsbert ter Kruimer came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gijsbert ter Kruimer couldn't finish the play. In the 96th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathijn Doctor to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Netherlands fully deserved thier win.
