With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Mikolas in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with İbrahim Efe Vecih in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89thth minute of the game Nuno Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bjarne Kirkegaard during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard got a free kick in the 91st minute. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonçalo Pereira in the 92nd minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Denmark players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Portucale H5.
