Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Gerard Hoe in the 3rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Azli Seah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chris Nygaard in the 4th minute. In the 9th minute, Danial Ning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denmark's attentive Olav Graversen managed to snatch the ball when Gage Hong made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. Azli Seah didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Nygaard went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A throw-in in the 21st minute of the game was made by Danial Ning with Gage Hong as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gage Hong hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Mikkel Wulff shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Azli Seah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olav Graversen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azli Seah having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chris Nygaard got free with Azli Seah in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clive Politiek hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Danial Ning hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Zak Tan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Lamar Yip sent off a good shot on target. When Bjarne Kirkegaard fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Denmark's protests and gave Bjarne Kirkegaard a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Denmark! Kenn Skou tried in the game's 57th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Keld Paulsen. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afiq Hsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Albirex Niigata FC's Gerard Hoe got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Azli Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 63rd minute of play. In the 65th minute, Bertram Svenningsen made a precise shot to the right of Azli Seah. Albirex Niigata FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 68th minute, Mathias Ludvigsen had to leave the field with a concussion. When Zak Tan fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Albirex Niigata FC's protests and gave Zak Tan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Albirex Niigata FC's Zak Tan got a free kick in the 69th minute. Afiq Hsi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. 78 minutes into the game, Albirex Niigata FC's Afiq Hsi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard got a free kick in the 80th minute. Gage Hong made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. Zak Tan hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Bjarne Kirkegaard hit a great ball. Azli Seah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 90th minute of play. Denmark's attentive Olav Graversen managed to snatch the ball when Danial Ning made a throw-in in the 94th minute of the game. Azli Seah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Azli Seah having to interfere. Denmark's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
