Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emil Juravschi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Salles to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Frank Sachs put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Carlos Alberto Salgado. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Baraboi in the 11th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, George Baraboi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eugen Doroftei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 16 minute of play. Emil Juravschi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Germany's Malte Schiele got a free kick in the 24th minute. Emil Juravschi in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emil Scobioalã in the 40th minute. The supporters of Germany booed when UFC Puturoasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giuseppe Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Alberto Salgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The audience was convinced that Emil Juravschi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Dragos Burduja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Dragos Burduja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Alberto Salgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Scobioalã in the 91st minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Baraboi in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Emil Scobioalã made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2.
