Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Edvin Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 4th minute of the match. Edvin Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 10th minute of play. After 11 minutes Henley Utd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edvin Jonsson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Edvin Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 21st minute of play forced Henley Utd's goalkeeper Edvin Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Henley Utd's goalkeeper Edvin Jonsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edvin Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Mårtensson got free with Arnout Reekers in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th match minute, Henley Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Erik Nykvist to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Bergsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 35th minute of play forced Henley Utd's goalkeeper Edvin Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Wim Wilmes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Netherlands's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Henley Utd the free kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richarlison de Andrade to strike the kick off in the second half. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edvin Jonsson having to make a save. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Bergsten, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, Henley Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Modig to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Tunström in the 66th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Edvin Jonsson made a huge save. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Jonsson having to interfere. Edvin Jonsson was a little too slow when Wim Wilmes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 0-2. Joakim Bergsten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnout Reekers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Netherlands's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
