An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 10th minute of play forced UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Pavel Spãtaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by UFC Puturoasa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of UFC Puturoasa's goalie and right to Balazs Lajos. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. UFC Puturoasa's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 15 minutes into the game, Ruslan Pânzaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fodor Daniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pavel Spãtaru. UFC Puturoasa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Postolache in the 47th minute of the match. The UFC Puturoasa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vlad Postolache to strike the kick off in the second half. Major Barna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pavel Spãtaru having to make a save. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavel Spãtaru having to interfere. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Takacs Tibor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Pavel Spãtaru made a huge save. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pavel Spãtaru. Antal Valentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Grimalschi in the 70th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Pavel Spãtaru. UFC Puturoasa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UFC Puturoasa's Pavel Spãtaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 79th minute of play. Pavel Spãtaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after UFC Puturoasa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led to Hungary's Katona Janos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavel Spãtaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goalkeeper Pavel Spãtaru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pavel Spãtaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Spãtaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Vasiliu kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
