The supporters of Romania booed when FC Luck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcel Trifu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roch Cieslak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 10th minute of the match. Roch Cieslak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The corner ended in Adam Olaru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Luck's Roch Cieslak did a great save. 30 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Roch Cieslak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Cieslak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carol Stinga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narcis Voinescu in the 34th minute. Roch Cieslak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasvan Cristescu in the 36th minute of play. Narcis Voinescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carol Stinga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narcis Voinescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Romania's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
