Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adam Olaru kicked off to start the match. When Romania's Adam Olaru in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Porvir FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Quirino in the 6th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carol Stinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Quirino in the 9th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match Romania got a corner. Porvir FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Olaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. Costica Vladimiri's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but João Augusto Soeiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Romania booed when Porvir FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Velloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 22nd minute of play. Fábio Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carol Stinga having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Adam Olaru notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Porvir FC's João Augusto Soeiro. João Augusto Soeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carol Stinga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Moreira in the 36th minute of play. When Porvir FC's Gino Moreira in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Romania's goalie prevented a goal. Romania's Adam Olaru got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Adam Olaru reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Augusto Soeiro. The goal made the score 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Costica Vladimiri came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Romania fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costica Vladimiri couldn't finish the play. João Augusto Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Serban in the 55th minute of the match. João Augusto Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Olaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Augusto Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute Edu França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carol Stinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Quirino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carol Stinga having to interfere. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. João Augusto Soeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Stinga, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Octavian Vaduva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Quirino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carol Stinga was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandru Pangratiu in the 84th minute of play forced Porvir FC's goalkeeper João Augusto Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Romania got a corner. Porvir FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sanda Cutov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Romania's Sanda Cutov to fire away a dangerous shot which João Augusto Soeiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. João Augusto Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Stinga in the 89th minute of the match. João Augusto Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Vaduva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandru Pangratiu struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. João Augusto Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romania. Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Romania players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
