Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 3rd minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul-Louis Jannes in the 4th minute of play. KFC Vliegplein were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Endel Darmer took the corner. 8 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge. Teo De Jonge was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Katona Janos got a free kick in the 11th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eddy Laporte. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Teo De Jonge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teo De Jonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 20th minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to KFC Vliegplein getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Koen Rosbach hit a great ball. Hegedus Henrik took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teo De Jonge. Teo De Jonge dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Teo De Jonge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Antal Valentin made a precise shot to the right of Teo De Jonge. KFC Vliegplein's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diederick Englebert in the 37th minute of play. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul-Louis Jannes in the 41st minute of play. Paul-Louis Jannes scored 1-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octaaf Bosmans to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diederick Englebert in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Eddy Laporte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. After 65 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Oskitz. Octaaf Bosmans's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octaaf Bosmans helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Bosmans got a free kick in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's Octaaf Bosmans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teo De Jonge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 73rd minute of play. KFC Vliegplein's Teo De Jonge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vliegplein from getting a goal against them. After 77 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Hegedus Henrik. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Eddy Laporte managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Vliegplein's supporters rose to their feet, but Eddy Laporte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Teo De Jonge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. In the 84th match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Koen Rosbach to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Hungary booed when KFC Vliegplein was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddy Laporte didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Diederick Englebert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Laporte in the 91st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The KFC Vliegplein fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
