Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Denmark's Chris Nygaard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Eduardo Ganete in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Lars Steen. After a defensive mix-up in Denmark's zone, Afonso Amado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keld Paulsen came out of the goal and Afonso Amado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 17 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Desert Fury's Nuno Dikaté tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Dikaté saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Desert Fury's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Nuno Dikaté reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chris Nygaard took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nuno Dikaté. Nuno Dikaté dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. A collision led to Desert Fury getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Custódio Lando hit a great ball. Tadeu Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Ramos came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Mikkel Wulff. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

59 minutes into the match, Desert Fury's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Nuno Dikaté reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Eduardo Ganete threw the ball into play from the sideline. Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Eduardo Ganete made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tadeu Flores however managed to control. 63 minutes into the game, Desert Fury's Afonso Amado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 69 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nuno Ramos who took care of the corner kick. Nuno Ramos made a great header on Desert Fury's corner, it was just that Denmark's Keld Paulsen managed to reach the ball for a save. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nuno Dikaté made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Bertram Svenningsen sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Amado in the 73rd minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nuno Dikaté. Chris Nygaard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Denmark's Keld Paulsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Flores in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes Denmark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nuno Ramos who took care of the corner kick. Desert Fury's Nuno Ramos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Keld Paulsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 82 minutes into the match, Afonso Amado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Amado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. If Nuno Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Desert Fury fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Denmark were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
