Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Alexandru Zaki made the kick off and thus started the match. Alexandru Zaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Cristian Cristea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertram Svenningsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Mititelu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Edgar Mititelu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Denmark were awarded a corner. Chris Nygaard went to the cornerflag to take it. Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Edgar Mititelu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Edgar Mititelu was a little too slow when Bjarne Kirkegaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. Chris Nygaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Edgar Mititelu made a huge save. With a little luck, Stoicii's Edgar Mititelu got control of the ball when Chris Nygaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Mugur Aldulea came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Stoicii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mugur Aldulea couldn't finish the play. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remus Mustață in the 36th minute of play. The throw-in from Aurelian Dragomir in the 39th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. Bertram Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Edgar Mititelu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. After 43 minutes of play, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Mititelu was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Stoicii's Claudiu Popescu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Denmark's Lars Steen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aurelian Dragomir, made in the 62nd minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Mugur Aldulea in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. If Lars Steen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute of the match Bertram Svenningsen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Mititelu skillfully saved the ball. In the 77thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stoicii's Edgar Mititelu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Mititelu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remus Mustață, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Mikkel Wulff came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikkel Wulff couldn't finish the play. Lars Steen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Benoit Gijselinckx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute of the match Lars Steen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Mititelu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Keld Paulsen made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Alexandru Zaki sent off a good shot on target. Edgar Mititelu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Cristian Cristea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
