Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Chris Nygaard kicked off to start the match. Simon Bendtsen charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Bendtsen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 5 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Simon Bendtsen. Desert Fury's Nuno Dikaté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Lars Steen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denmark were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Desert Fury's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chris Nygaard took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Desert Fury's goalie and right to Olav Graversen. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Desert Fury's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Ramos in the 20th minute of the match. Desert Fury's Nuno Ramos was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Keld Paulsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Eduardo Ganete with João Carlos Caneças as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Caneças, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonso Amado in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Keld Paulsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the game, Afonso Amado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eduardo Ganete made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Denmark's Olav Graversen. In the 36th minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nuno Dikaté saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 39thth minute of the game Afonso Amado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Afonso Amado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Amado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The Denmark players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Desert Fury were winning 0-2.

Tadeu Flores received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Desert Fury's João Carlos Caneças got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 57thth minute of the game Afonso Amado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Denmark's Keld Paulsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Lars Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuno Dikaté showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Bertram Svenningsen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Dikaté was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Tadeu Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Keld Paulsen made a huge save. Eduardo Ganete got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Tadeu Flores. Hélio Manarte kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Desert Fury getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Custódio Lando hit a great ball. The supporters of Denmark booed when Desert Fury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Ganete didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Nuno Dikaté. Desert Fury's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Mikkel Wulff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Dikaté having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Bjarne Kirkegaard. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match Nuno Ramos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Paulsen skillfully saved the ball. Denmark were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
