Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Nicu Urmasu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 3rd minute of play. If Perry Leenders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 17th minute of play forced Löttorp's goalkeeper Nicu Urmasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicu Urmasu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 22nd minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt made a precise shot to the right of Nicu Urmasu. Löttorp's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Löttorp's Nicu Urmasu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 27th minute of play. Nicu Urmasu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Arenius in the 35th minute of play. The Löttorp fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Löttorp's Arne Arenius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 40 minutes into the match, Lars Meesters had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicu Urmasu. Löttorp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Meesters was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. A collision led to Löttorp getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Johnny Gustavsson hit a great ball. The Löttorp players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Netherlands were winning 1-3.

Löttorp made a substitution. Patrik Lundblad replaced David Bäcklin. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Arenius to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 57th minute of play forced Löttorp's goalkeeper Nicu Urmasu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Netherlands's Wim Wilmes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicu Urmasu. That made the score 1-4 after 61 minutes of play. 65 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Högström came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Löttorp were awarded a corner. Ago Nemvalts went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ago Nemvalts got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnout Reekers quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arne Arenius in the 68th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Löttorp's Nicu Urmasu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 73rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Arne Arenius put it in 2-4 from a short distance just to the right of Arnout Reekers. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Nicu Urmasu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Löttorp made a substitution. Jens-Ola Mellberg replaced Örjan Lundberg. Nicu Urmasu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 86th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Perry Leenders in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute Herman Högström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egbert Nijveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Löttorp.
