After a defensive mix-up in Purcaresti CSS's zone, Alan Rezek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cătălin Trică came out of the goal and Alan Rezek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Erik Jilek made a precise shot to the right of Cătălin Trică. Purcaresti CSS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Iustin Radovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the match, David Zamfirescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Zamfirescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When Iustin Radovan came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Purcaresti CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Radovan couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustin Radovan in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vavrinec Holub prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 21 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by David Rusil. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustin Radovan in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Pavel Mazăre made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The supporters of Purcaresti CSS booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bohumir Kohout didn't get a good kick on the ball. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Anton in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Gabriel Măliță managed to get in a good position for a shot. Purcaresti CSS's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Măliță was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vavrinec Holub breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Radovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Anton in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Radovan came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Arghiroiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iustin Radovan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Măliță struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purcaresti CSS. After 47 minutes of play, Purcaresti CSS's Iustin Radovan made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.
The wind increased when Iustin Radovan made the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Măliță could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Vavrinec Holub made a huge save. After 59 minutes, David Rusil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czech Republic and the Purcaresti CSS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, David Rusil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iustin Radovan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Purcaresti CSS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 62nd minute, Iustin Radovan made a precise shot to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. After 65 minutes of play, Purcaresti CSS's Iustin Radovan made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vavrinec Holub was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gabriel Măliță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pavel Mazăre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vavrinec Holub came out and tried to block the shot, but Pavel Mazăre slotted it home off the left post making it 1-8 in the 70th minute. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Erik Jilek hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Pavel Mazăre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goalkeeper Vavrinec Holub had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nistor Anton. 80 minutes into the game, Nistor Anton recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vavrinec Holub. Nistor Anton showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Purcaresti CSS's Iustin Radovan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vavrinec Holub. That made the score 1-10 after 84 minutes of play. Vavrinec Holub made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Nistor Anton sent off a good shot on target. Czech Republic's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Iustin Radovan scored to the left of an out of position Vavrinec Holub, making the score, 1-11. 98 minutes in the game, Pavel Mazăre fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Purcaresti CSS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Czech Republic.
