Pompiliu Chiper didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Denmark's Chris Nygaard shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 16th minute, Chris Nygaard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pompiliu Chiper came out of the goal and Bertram Svenningsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pompiliu Chiper stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chris Nygaard's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Pompiliu Chiper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute of the match Mikkel Wulff sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pompiliu Chiper skillfully saved the ball.

The wind increased when Mădălin Bălan made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Mikkel Wulff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Denmark and the Purcaresti CSS players grew even worse after the yellow card. 56 minutes into the match, Denmark's Bertram Svenningsen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pompiliu Chiper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Purcaresti CSS's Pompiliu Chiper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 76th minute of play. Pompiliu Chiper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pompiliu Chiper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute of the match, Chris Nygaard tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pompiliu Chiper saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bertram Svenningsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pompiliu Chiper read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Bertram Svenningsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Chiper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pompiliu Chiper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Nygaard in the 90th minute of the match. Denmark's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
