Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes Olivedos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Italy's Zaccheo Andolina to fire away a dangerous shot which Abelardo Maranhense despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Abelardo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Sigfrido Auletta came free, but Abelardo Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's Flavio Vittori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Italy from getting a goal against them. When Olivedos's Donato Oliveira in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Italy's goalie prevented a goal. Olivedos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Siricio Liotta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 47th minute, Sigfrido Auletta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Maranhense was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Abelardo Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Zaccheo Andolina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Porziano Marchitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game was made by Tony Schmidt with Osvaldinho Veiga as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Custódio, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Abelardo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siricio Liotta in the 68th minute of play. Abelardo Maranhense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Italy's Sostene Vitulli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tony Schmidt in the 73 minute of the game. In the 74thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Ferraz in the 75th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Olivedos's corner Luisinho Ceresso fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Vittori quite easily take care of the ball. Zaccheo Andolina in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abelardo Maranhense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Oliveira in the 86th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Zaccheo Andolina reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Abelardo Maranhense. The goal made the score 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Porziano Marchitelli could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Abelardo Maranhense however easily saved by the left post. In the 96th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Olivedos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Italy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
