The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Erling Hellsing hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Björk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Di Röe's Niclas Björk got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Niclas Björk in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Hungary booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Wikander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niclas Björk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 76th minute. The Di Röe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niclas Björk should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Di Röe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staffan Wikander to maneuver through the defense. Niclas Björk made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the game, Major Barna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Niclas Björk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Björk having to interfere. Erling Hellsing took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Di Röe throughout the match.
