Mariano Andujar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Balazs Lajos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mariano Andujar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hungary booed when Ensenadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Benino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Major Barna who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ensenadas's Mariano Andujar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 50th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Andujar having to interfere. Gabriel Niva's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Ensenadas could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
