Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sonny Perkins started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 9th minute of play forced Quetzal Flyers Hammers's goalkeeper Francesco Marines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francesco Marines having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Sonny Perkins kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Francesco Marines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Tony Cote's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 29th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Cote could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Tony Cote got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 35th minute, Sonny Perkins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Quetzal Flyers Hammers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Haritzeder to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Graham Jolicoeur got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 46 minutes, Sonny Perkins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quetzal Flyers Hammers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Perkins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. Sonny Perkins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Frank Sachs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Marines read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Sonny Perkins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79thth minute of the game Sonny Perkins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Quetzal Flyers Hammers fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Quetzal Flyers Hammers's Sonny Perkins looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francesco Marines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 89th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quetzal Flyers Hammers had played much better football throughout.
