Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tom Wall read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. The throw-in from Jonatan Valström in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. Flavio Vittori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacey Sharp in the 20th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Tom Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zaccheo Andolinas short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Tom Wall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zaccheo Andolina got free with Tom Wall in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Tom Wall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Porziano Marchitelli. In the 43rd minute Cacey Sharp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Tom Wall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cacey Sharp was the one to do the kick off. Zaccheo Andolina scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Wall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tom Wall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Tom Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tom Wall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. In the 95th minute Guiscardo Davide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
