Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joep Ponk got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vavrinec Koleno during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ágætis Byrjun booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vavrinec Koleno didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Ladislao Cordarius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Ladislao Cordarius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar got a free kick in the 7th minute. Ladislao Cordarius took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Henrich Slany. Slovakia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute, Joep Ponk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute, Joep Ponk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 18 minutes, Zigmund Maliar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slovakia and the Ágætis Byrjun players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute, Zigmund Maliar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrich Slany came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ágætis Byrjun's Manolo Bartumeu. But to his dismay, Manolo Bartumeu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 24 minutes into the game, Ágætis Byrjun's Joep Ponk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henrich Slany made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joep Ponk in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Henrich Slany prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Slovakia's zone, Manolo Bartumeu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrich Slany came out of the goal and Manolo Bartumeu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregorio Urtsin hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 34 minutes into the match, Joep Ponk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joep Ponk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Vavrinec Koleno kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Nick Heesen might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrich Slany. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nick Heesen ran back to his position shaking his head. 46 minutes into the match, Nick Heesen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nick Heesen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

After 58 minutes, Alejandro dos Santos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ágætis Byrjun and the Slovakia players grew even worse after the yellow card. 60 minutes into the match, Joep Ponk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joep Ponk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joep Ponk in the 64th minute of play. With a little luck, Slovakia's Henrich Slany got control of the ball when Nick Heesen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Ágætis Byrjun's Joep Ponk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9. 73 minutes into the match, Nick Heesen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nick Heesen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. Henrich Slany made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Nick Heesen sent off a good shot on target. In the 78thth minute of the game Nick Heesen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slovakia's Henrich Slany was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nick Heesen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Henrich Slany when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ágætis Byrjun's attentive Gregorio Urtsin managed to snatch the ball when Zigmund Maliar made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 83rd minute, Nick Heesen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henrich Slany was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-11. The Ágætis Byrjun fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-12 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nick Heesen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrich Slany read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Nick Heesen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henrich Slany. That made the score 0-13 in the 90 minute of play. Nick Heesen succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-14 in the 94th playminute.
