With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Alexandru Eugen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Truman Harrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 13th minute of the match. Truman Harrington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Aloísio Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Truman Harrington was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 53rd minute of play forced PALMEIRAS-UTAH's goalkeeper Truman Harrington to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Truman Harrington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 58th minute. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reyes Boyle made a great header on PALMEIRAS-UTAH's corner, it was just that Portugal's Wilson Amorim managed to reach the ball for a save. 76 minutes into the game, Felipinho Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Truman Harrington. Felipinho Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Bartolomeu Dias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Truman Harrington skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 82nd minute, Bailey Kerns made a precise shot to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bailey Kerns in the 88th minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bailey Kerns in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Graciano Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Bailey Kerns. But to his dismay, Bailey Kerns quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Charlton Livingston sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PALMEIRAS-UTAH fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portugal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
