Karlheinz Ludecke made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Noisiel's Karlheinz Ludecke got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karlheinz Ludecke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karlheinz Ludecke. Karlheinz Ludecke yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Noisiel's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Karlheinz Ludecke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yaser Jadue sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Harold Combettes scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, Lars Meesters dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karlheinz Ludecke, 2-1. 31 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Farges came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Diego Farges cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wim Wilmes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karlheinz Ludecke firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 40th minute of play forced Noisiel's goalkeeper Karlheinz Ludecke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kees Mooiweer's late challenge caught a Noisiel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kees Mooiweer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Noisiel booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kees Mooiweer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karlheinz Ludecke was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. Noisiel's Karlheinz Ludecke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Ludecke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Noisiel's Harold Combettes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 59 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karlheinz Ludecke was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ulizes Rodrigo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Noisiel's Christopher Loaëc was substituted for Qi Lang Han. Noisiel made a substitution. Jules Berna replaced Harold Combettes. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaser Jadue in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute Wim Wilmes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlheinz Ludecke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Egbert Nijveldt. A hard shot by Diego Farges from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Arnout Reekers's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 74th minute of play forced Noisiel's goalkeeper Karlheinz Ludecke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noisiel's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diego Farges in the 78th minute. Mustapha Debray made a great header on Noisiel's corner, it was just that Netherlands's Arnout Reekers managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 80th minute of play forced Noisiel's goalkeeper Karlheinz Ludecke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st match minute, Noisiel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jolan Piquard to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jules Berna. In the 86th minute, Lars Meesters ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karlheinz Ludecke was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Arnout Reekers was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mustapha Debray showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-3 in the 91 minute of play. The Noisiel fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Noisiel's Jules Berna looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
