Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aloísio Lima made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Jorge Pirani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The PALMEIRAS-UTAH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Antal Valentin scored to the left of an out of position Truman Harrington, making the score, 1-1. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Aloísio Lima. But to his dismay, Aloísio Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 14th minute, Aloísio Lima ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Truman Harrington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 18th minute. Takacs Tibor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Harrington having to interfere. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Truman Harrington firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 28 minutes PALMEIRAS-UTAH's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Takacs Tibor in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Truman Harrington saved PALMEIRAS-UTAH from getting behind. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloísio Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Truman Harrington in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PALMEIRAS-UTAH were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reyes Boyle took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Alexandru Eugen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fodor Daniel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Truman Harrington successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Harrington having to interfere. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Bailey Kerns blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Truman Harrington. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Olchawa, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Joachim Backlund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Charlton Livingston kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Truman Harrington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes, Bailey Kerns made it 3-5 with a short kick to the right side. Hungary's Fodor Daniel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. After 81 played minutes PALMEIRAS-UTAH got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Olchawa. PALMEIRAS-UTAH's Truman Harrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 82nd minute of play.
