Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luciano Alvarez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jimeno Lluciano hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 13th minute of play forced Lugano Futbol's goalkeeper Ruud Wollans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Lugano Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Alvarez. Lugano Futbol's Ham Shmuelson got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hermengildo Liberto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Tommy Kahn 21 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Frank Sachs's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruud Wollans was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Alvarez in the 26th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Eloy Herauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruud Wollans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 31st minute of the match. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Liberto in the 39th minute. In the 40th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Frank Sachs's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ruud Wollans firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 63rd minute of the match Germany got a corner. Lugano Futbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 64th minute, Frank Sachs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Herauso in the 65th minute of the match. Frank Sachs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Ruud Wollans made a huge save. But to his dismay, Ham Shmuelson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Lugano Futbol's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
