Bolleinen's Hieronim Karanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sreten Popovic in the 20th minute of play. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Golec, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Golec in the 24th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Golec in the 27th minute of play. Lech Prusinowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Bolleinen booed when Serbia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Borjan Golubovic didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Golec in the 40th minute of the match. Borjan Golubovic's late challenge caught a Bolleinen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Borjan Golubovic helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Borjan Golubovic. If Lech Prusinowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Serbia from getting a goal against them. Olgierd Jerzyk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Radomil Scislowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bolleinen's supporters rose to their feet, but Radomil Scislowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 66 minutes into the game, when Ludomil Wos put in a rough tackle. After 66 played minutes Bolleinen got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Wos. Hieronim Karanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cvijetin Nanusevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Milko threw the ball into play from the sideline. Serbia's Borjan Golubovic quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 76 played minutes Bolleinen got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Kajdasz. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Eugeniusz Golec sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th match minute, Bolleinen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Huk to maneuver through the defense. Bolleinen were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
